1. Drink water. A lot of it. It is good for your pores, your skin will feel hydrated, and you will glow.
2. Wear hoops. It’s the fashion staple of 2019. It makes any outfit look chic, and it makes you look like a bad bitch at the same time.
3. Plan a getaway. Anywhere. Whether it be Europe, the Hamptons, or somewhere local. As long as it involves a suitcase and a bathing suit, you’re good to go. This will give you something to look forward to this summer, and naturally ease your mind.
4. Eliminate toxic people. Don’t let a fuckboy or a bad friend waste your time this summer. Remember, you only have 60 days, spend them wisely. Find a new summer fling if you want to, just don’t let anyone make you second guess your self worth. No guy! Or girl!
5. Be a tourist in your home town. There’s at least one landmark in your hood that you have not explored. Spend a Sunday exploring your own territory, you don’t always have to travel far!
6. Go to a water park. It doesn’t matter how old you are, 15 or 50, water parks make everyone happy. Chanel your inner child and visit a water park this summer! YOLO.
7. Relax. It is healthy to spend time with yourself. You don’t always need to follow a plan. Get to know yourself, and enjoy your own company. You will make better life choices once you become your own best friend.
8. Smoothies. A good way to stay hydrated and be fit at the same time. There’s endless varieties to choose from. You can easily replace a fattening meal for a yummy smoothie. Save yourself the calories.
9. Bikini. Invest in an expensive bikini. All you need is one signature bikini along with your 20 average bikinis. This special piece will give you something to look forward to, while adding extra spice to your wardrobe.
10. Don’t take life too seriously. It could be that you’re yearning for something or someone that seems out of your reach. Just remember, everything happens in due time. Put your effort, and I promise it will eventually come to you!
